Valve Test Bench

It is a multi-purpose test machine designed to perform sealing, body strength and function control of butterfly, gate, ball and control valves. It enables fast and reliable testing of valves of different diameters, pressure classes and connection types in accordance with international standards.

The machine is equipped with a high pressure resistance test station, hydraulic/pneumatic clamping system, sensitive pressure sensors and user-friendly touchscreen HMI control panel. During the test, the processes of pressure application, dwell, measurement, release and reporting are fully automated.

Multiple test modes are supported, such as leak tightness testing, body strength testing, operating torque testing and function testing. This ensures high accuracy and repeatability on the production line, in maintenance and repair facilities and in quality control laboratories.

Test results can be digitally recorded and provide the operator with the opportunity for quick quality assessment. With its robust body structure, modular design and safety equipment, it offers a long-lasting and reliable test solution.
