How we work
Service scope
Installing the machine correctly on site matters as much as building it. Starting from the layout plan we make the electrical, pneumatic and, where needed, water and air connections, and set the machine up to work in step with the rest of your line.
Commissioning does not end when the machine runs; it ends when the first production tests are completed successfully. Capacity measurement, verification of the safety equipment and confirming that the operator can run the machine unaided are all part of this stage.
Before we come to site
Ahead of installation we share a written list of the floor, power and supply conditions required. When the preparations are complete the team starts work the moment it arrives, which shortens site time considerably.

Frequently asked questions

What do we need to prepare for installation?
Before installation we send you a written list of the requirements for flooring, power, compressed air and, where needed, water. When these preparations are complete, site work is noticeably shorter.

Do we have to stop production during commissioning?
Not if a new line is being installed. If equipment is being added to a running line, the downtime is planned in advance and moved outside shift hours wherever possible.

What happens if the machine is installed abroad?
Installation and commissioning abroad are also carried out by our own team. Travel and accommodation terms are agreed separately at the quotation stage.
