Spare Parts Supply

Original stainless steel components and fast supply of critical spare parts.

How we work

Service scope

The working life of a machine is measured by how quickly you can get a spare part for it. We supply the wearing and critical parts of the machines we build either from our own manufacturing or from the original supplier.

Parts in contact with food are made to the same material and surface quality as in the original build. A part that is out of tolerance, or made from a different material, spoils both hygiene and the machine's settings — the cheap-looking solution usually costs a second stoppage.

Critical parts list

When the machine is handed over we provide a list of the parts we recommend keeping in stock so the line does not stop. The list is updated as usage intensity changes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  1. We do not know the part number — how do we find it?

The serial number of the machine, or a photograph of the part with its dimensions, is enough. For machines we built ourselves we locate the part directly in our technical archive.

  2. Can you make a part that is no longer produced?

Yes. We can take the dimensions and re-manufacture it. For parts in contact with food, the material and surface quality are kept identical to the original.

  3. Do you hold spare parts in stock?

We keep stock of frequently worn parts. For custom-made parts the lead time is stated in the quotation according to the scope of the part.
