Specialized Machine Design and Engineering

Concept and 3D design of food machinery built around your own process flow.

How we work

Service scope

Any job a standard machine cannot handle calls for its own design. We study your process on site or from technical data, then design the machine from scratch around your capacity, product dimensions, hygiene requirements and existing line layout.

Work begins with a concept sketch; once approved it continues with 3D solid modelling, material selection, mechanical calculations and electrical/pneumatic schematic design. Before manufacturing starts the design is verified with motion simulation and dimensional checks — a change made after the sheet metal has been cut is the most expensive change there is.

How we proceed

Process analysis, concept and preliminary feasibility, 3D design and approval, manufacturing drawings and bill of materials, then production. The output of every stage is shared with you, and no stage begins before the previous one is approved.

Surfaces in contact with food are designed in stainless steel and made easy to clean: weld joints that leave no dead spots, removable parts and surface transitions suited to wash-down.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  1. I only have an idea, no technical drawings. Can we still start?

Yes. Most projects begin with a production problem and a few photographs. Describe the product you want to process, the capacity you are aiming for and the space you can allocate on your line; we produce the technical drawings.

  2. Can changes be made after the design is approved?

Changes before manufacturing begins are handled during the design stage. Changes after the sheet metal has been cut add time and cost, which is why we verify the 3D model with motion simulation and dimensional checks before submitting it for approval.

  3. Do we keep the design files?

This is set by the commercial terms of the project. We put in writing at the quotation stage exactly which files will be handed over.
