Periodic Maintenance & Repair

Planned maintenance programmes, repair work and emergency breakdown response.

How we work

Service scope

Most failures in food machinery announce themselves in advance: rising noise, a bearing running hot, a seal starting to leak, a setting drifting. Planned maintenance exists to catch these before they turn into downtime.

We draw up a maintenance schedule based on how hard your machine works. At every visit, wearing parts, lubrication points, belt and chain tensions, electrical connections and safety equipment are checked. The work carried out and the parts replaced are written into a report, so the machine's history stays traceable.

When something breaks

For unexpected stoppages we first try diagnosis by telephone and remote connection; if the problem needs work on site, a team is dispatched. Knowing the cause in advance usually means the spare part travels with them on the first visit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  1. Do we have to sign a maintenance contract?

No. We also carry out one-off maintenance and repairs. A regular schedule is preferred because it reduces downtime and makes spare part requirements predictable.

  2. Do you service machines built by other companies?

Yes. We first inspect the machine on site and report what can be done and which parts are needed.

  3. How long does maintenance stop production?

We try to schedule planned maintenance between shifts or on non-production days. Scope and duration are stated together in the maintenance quotation.
