How we work
Service scope
Once the design is approved, the machine is built in house from cutting through assembly to commissioning. Frame fabrication, welding, machining, assembly and control panel production all take place in our own facility; because the process is not split among subcontractors, responsibility stays in one place.
The machine is run in our own workshop before shipment. No-load tests, motion and safety checks and, where required, trial production with sample product are completed here — what leaves for site is a working machine.
Why a single source
When the frame, the control panel and the software come from three different companies, any problem turns into a discussion about whose fault it is. With every step under one roof, both change requests and faults are dealt with directly.

Frequently asked questions

Which part of production is outsourced?
Cutting, bending, welding, machining, assembly and panel production are all done in our own facility. Only standard bought-in components are sourced externally: motors, gearboxes, sensors, pneumatic elements and the like.

Can we see the machine before delivery?
Yes. The machine is run in our workshop before shipment and we invite you to the trial production; if you prefer, the test is carried out with your own product.

How long does production take?
It depends on the scope of the machine. At the quotation stage we give separate lead times for design, manufacturing and commissioning, and we report progress throughout the project.
